Quinceanera Application: Step 2

Your agreement below attests that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the OLPH Quinceanera policies.
FEES

QUINCEANERA
The non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due to secure the date of the quinceanera.
The total stipend to the church is due one-month prior to your scheduled quinceanera.
Failure to pay the balance is an automatic cancellation of the ceremony.

MUSIC(OPTIONAL)

The OLPH Music Director will contact you closer to your scheduled quinceanera date to discuss hymn choices and your preferences. Music is optional and fees are additional. The total stipend for music is due one-month prior to your scheduled wedding. Failure to pay the balance is an automatic cancellation of the musicans.

MUSICIAN FEES
$300 for one instrumentalist and one singer.
$150 for each additional musician(upon request).
Quinceanera Coordinator

The OLPH Quinceanera Coordinator will contact you closer to your scheduled quinceanera date to scheudule your rehersal and answer any questions you may have. The Coordinator will be at the rehearsal as well as to direct the quniceanera court on the day of your scheduled quinceanera.

REHEARSAL

Your rehearsal will take place on the Friday prior to the ceremony, and will take approximately one hour. The rehearsal allows everyone to become familiar with the environment and the roles they will assume as part of the liturgy. Since multiple rehearsals may be scheduled on the same evening, it is expected that all participants will be prompt and on time.
SYMBOLS
During the Mass, the Quinceanera may bring a bouquet to Our Lady and recite a prayer of consecration. She may also be presented a Bible and rosary by sponsors. All gifts for the Quinceanera will be blessed at the same time during the Mass. Souvenirs for the reception will be blessed after Mass.

Quinceaneras must begin on time

Due to the busy schedule of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church as well as out of respect for the professional schedules of the priest and ministries involved, we ask that you make every effort to ensure everyone arrives early so that the celebration can begin on time. Please follow the Quinceanera Coordinator’s guidance regarding arrival time. If you arrive 15 minutes late, the Mass will no longer be celebrated. Instead, the ceremony will be shortened to a Liturgy of the Word.
