Baptism Application Step 2

The Original child's birth certificate is required to apply for a child's Baptism. This document may be submitted to the parish office.

• Bring the documents to the parish office. The parish office is open Tuesday-Friday, 9am-12noon.

Upon receipt of the application and birth certificate, the parish office will contact you to discuss available dates for your child's Baptism. In order to reserve a date for a Baptism on the church calendar, an online payment link will be emailed to you for the $50 stipend.
